Rainy days are back in Birmingham. Absolutely pouring down with rain as I was making my way home. General view of Marks & Spencer store near Moor St in Birmingham almost flooded because of construction work nearby. Didn't help that there was a mini-tornado in Moseley as well.

Good weather today in Brum and some pics along the Gas Street canals. Lost some images on the CF card - don't know how it got corrupted but here's what I salvaged.

Another unproductive weekend. Did dig out mum's chocolate cake recipe and tried making one though. I had to substitute cocoa with chocolate powder and it's not much 'oomph' in it. Finally after many calls home and 2 hours in the oven, it's ready! Wonder what it tastes like?
