Took two days off last week to get to Nottingham for Guns N' Roses concert with cuz Bongo. It was awesome and really enjoyed the show. Didn't take much pics as I wasn't there on assignment and only brought my camera phone. I remember when I used to do impressions in class during my secondary school days with my best pal Sanjit, hahaha..

Many years later, I finally get to see Axl Rose with a totally different line-up. Great start to the show with 'Welcome to the Jungle' although he only came on stage after 10.10pm but who cares? GNR's been known to be late for their concerts and that's what you'd expect of a massive rock band. We were quite in front, probably about 8 rows to the front of the standing area although 'Bongo' went all the way to the front, which he later told me that he couldn't hear the songs properly from where he was, but from where I stood, it was just great. Only drawback was a wandering drunk sweaty smelly shirtless dude looking for the beer stand, hahaha...

and 2 new songs which I don't really know what it is...and a couple of solo performances from various members. Ushers kept my ticket stub though. :(
